"I was not given a lake view. Instead I had a view of a large construction site and the Gare de Neuchatel. The room was clean, but for the price, I should have had a lake view. I am rather discontent overall of my stay here. "

"The building is amazing and has lots of parking places. the rooms and fitness facilities are a little bit outdated. But what I didn’t enjoy was the dinner experience, it took the waitress 30 minutes just to give me a menu and it seemed like she was paying more attention to French speaking customers and none to non French speakers. For the price I expected a better service"

"Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. "Situé dans un cadre très calme et magnifique, il est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare des Champs du Moulin. Alternativement, vous pouvez l'atteindre après une randonnée de Noiraigue à travers le Gorge de l' Areuse, c'est un peu plus longue, mais magnifique. J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce bel hôtel, la chambre était propre et le processus d'enregistrement et le paiement au départ était simple. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le Restaurant est de qualité. Je serai heureux de revenir quand je retournai dans cette région pendant quelques jours. "
