Pleasant evening-turn downs with a room refresh given. Villa Lara is 1 minute walk from the Tours pick-up, the Cathedral, shops and great restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"We stopped in Bayeux for one night before a D-Day tour and wished we had stayed much longer. This hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The courtyard is so lovely and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely go back. "

"A beautiful and clean hotel in a fabulous location! There was lots of street parking nearby and a large car park about a block away. There was a good grocery store a short walk and the weekly market is steps away. This made it easy to shop and cook in the well appointed kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels were provided. The only issue with comfort for us during a "heatwave" was no airconditioning. A fan was provided, and a good cross breeze could be achieved by opening the...

"We had a very enjoyable stay, spent a lot of the time at the pool which was heated and in a nice location. Room was large considering it was a standard. Staff friendly, clean hotel, lots of parking, short drive to town, nice location and surroundings. We didn't eat at the restaurant as didn't like the menu."

"My wife and I stayed two nights at the hotel and found the staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance to all the great restaurants and attractions. The room was nice and quiet but I didn’t find the mattress comfortable. The room had a fan which kept it cool as it had no A/C. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not working but the pool and bar areas were nice. "

"Chateau d'Audrieu is truly an exceptional property. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was to die for and we really enjoyed dining at the restaurant in The Bar. The location was very convenient for exploring Normandy. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. We highly recommend staying at Chateau d'Audrieu!"
