Hotel berdekatan Muzium Hamza Rustem

"Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up. Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows. Heat is not controlled by room thermostat. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb."

"Kahvaltısı çok çok güzeldi çeşit çoktu, kliması gayet net soğutur biçimdeydi.Duvarların bir kısmına dokunduğumuzda alçı pan tarzı birşey kullanılmıştı fakat yan tarafın sesini hiç duymadık lavabo kısmından sadece su sesi geliyordu gayet iyiydi"

"Near bazaar, Konak ferry we walked everywhere. We did taxi to stadium. Our car parking was free and the absolute best breakfast choices in Turkey."

"Good location and interior. Especially impressed with the shower with new and clean marble. Room equipped with items that is practical, useful and good quality. Not many hotels provide so many items anymore and most of them just put a notice to call house keeping if we need anything of which is discouraging guest to request due to the trouble. Only slacking is housekeeping which mainly only do up the bed and not cleaning the basin well or replaced item which was used."

"I enjoyed this hotel. The location was perfect and I was able to walk to 80% of the things I wanted to see and do. The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge, front desk, and dining room staff were all professional and helped make my staff enjoyable."

"It’s a clean hotel. Also it’s situated in the heart of Alsancak District. Helpful staff."

"The room was nice , but a problem with the shower drain, water collected then spilled over to the bathroom floor. I assume a one-off, I told them ald hopefully fixed. There was lots of road construction in the area but still a great location, close to the waterfront ( Kordon) and very lively are on a Saturday night with many shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Also very close to the train station, which for me was inportant."

"parfait, je recommande"

"Staff were polite but the hotel is very basic and quite noisy. I had a lot of road noise and drilling until past midnight. The whole hotel and my room smelt badly of cigarette smoke. Comfortable bed though... "

"Amazing hotel! Really nicely decorated with style. Very clean, helpful staff and delicious breakfast."
