"The Lofts are located in a separate building from the main hotel and the unit we stayed in was a walk-up. So be prepared for stairs! The loft was fantastic and offered great street views of Old Montreal. The Loft was spacious, clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. We were only 59 steps (down) to the street and it was so great to have all that access to Old Montreal. Highly recommended! Hotel and Valet staff were highly helpful and responsive too. "Rooms were clean, and the inside of the property was clean. There was a lot of construction going on in the area, and the staff did not help show us what activities or things to do in the area, so we got lost a few times. Also we weren't told that the AC units weren't working and there was no other alternatives rooms were hot."
