"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! The lift is only big enough for 1 person plus a bag but when I tried to reverse out of the lift,my foot was caught on the 8cm lip of the lift shaft and I fell over backwards,hitting my head, back and...

N'hésitez pas à vous enlever de la plateforme... Ma question portait juste sur la facture, le reste vous appartient. Très rare que je porte des commentaires négatifs mais là, c'est surprenant..."
