"We stayed here for our honeymoon recently and the staff was amazing in making it special for us in every possible way! From decorating our room, a bottle of wine, breakfast in bed, and access to the spa and bicycles! The rooms are fantastic and if you're there to ski you cannot get much closer to the resort and local transportation. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Nice spa, handy for train station but beware, use the hotel shuttle/ transfer and not a taxi. We weren't aware of the possibility of collection from the station so got a taxi and were charged 36CHF for a 3 minute journey! Arrived around 6pm on a Sunday and there was nothing open apart from restaurants in a couple of the hotels so ended up eating in the hotel which was ok. Expect if we visited from end of May onwards there'd be more going on. Hotel gave us a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room...

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel - most of the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The place is in a location you have to experience, right on the lake. The room we had was more spacious than anything we had on our 10 day holiday. It’s a short walk to the train station, right on the lake and was a highlight of our trip."

"Overall the hotel is good. Friendly staff and very helpful. Daniel & Marina were professional and super awesome. No restaurants close by. Maybe they were closed as it is not the season for skiers in April. The biggest drawback is there is no proper electrical outlets. They have a couple in odd places and it’s not convenient to charge laptops, iPhones, ipads etc. make sure to have an extension wire and proper Swiss adapters. They do not have electric kettles in rooms nor encourage you to...

"Great location, quick & easy bus trip from the train station. Room was excellent, the hotel upgraded our room due to renovations of the room type booked. Front desk staff very helpful & friendly. The attached restaurant was perfect for dinner, & the breakfast spread in mornings very good. Overall a very nice 2 night stay."

"It was my husband and I that checked in. Youth Hostel provides very basic needs: 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat, 5 hangers. Good only for short stays. The place was clean and staff was very helpful and informative. Location was excellent with public bus making a stop right in front of the hotel. Walkable enough to the downtown proper."
