"The room was nice, basic, clean. I would be nice if they had some kind of folder to explain how the lights work and the TV and the AC. No restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was OK but didn't open until late. Not very centrally located. Had to take a taxi everywhere."

"Outdated room and hallways, it resembles a cruise line room and not a four star hotel. The reception staff was not welcoming. No greeting, Manuela just asked for our passports and city fees. The bed was comfortable but the room had a strong odor of carpet cleaner. Only two electrical outlets available and the list can go on.
