I loved that the amenities were readily available in the lobby. The coffee bar in the lobby was great and I loved my drinks. Super close to a 7-11 which is important for me. Best stay of my trip! "

"Physical plant: Room was small but well designed and very clean. The view on the harbor was OK - not the hotel's fault - it's just that the harbor is nothing special. It was nice to have the large balcony. The rest of the hotel is very decent. Location: It cannot be any more convenient than this. Close to the train station, the tram station, the biggest shopping mall in Nagasaki. Service: Stellar! Check-in service, taxi service, restaurant reservations, check-out service, service at breakfast....
