"Apon check in the staff advised our rooms aircon was out of action and put us over at there sister hotel LA AN Hotel which is one Street over and we were able to use both facilities due to the inconvenience.
Our family room at La An Hotel was massive on the top level with a view both sides of the street one being to old town. Comfy beds, good aircon, water pressure ECT.
Can't fault the staff at both of these properties. The staff make this place and made our experience/stay amazing they go above and beyond for the guests. They even helped with arranging for my son's blanket to be delivered from were we had accidentally left it in Da nang. So thankful! "
