"The staff are awesome! Everyone I had interacted with was very polite and helpful. The room itself was, different. Windows next to the door allowed easy view into room,no curtains or blinds. I had to use a box to cover them. Several homeless people were on the property and I had one outside my door the 1st evening. I wasn't overly concerned for my well being, I would not recommend to single women or families."

"Good location south colorado springs.Comfy beds and great shower and hooks in bathroom..kitchenette in suite was good..suppose to have housekeeping every other day but they didnt come in when we were there..we went to front desk for supplies/towels we needed..also smelled big spray when we arrived in our room..room was clean though..should have plant milk at breakfast bar otherwise good overall hotel"

"We were locked out of our room three times because the dead bolt moved enough to prevent the key card from unlocking the door. The lady at the front desk had to bring her "magic" card twice to release the lock. My wife went to the laundry when this happened. Luckily, I was in the room and opened the door. It was reported on Saturday. It happened again on Sunday. Not good. On Monday, we didn't get fresh towels, etc.. Somebody forgot us. Luckily, Heidi to the rescue! I told her about the...

"My husband and I had a great time at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a bit noisy at night due to the traffic on the highway. I wish the hotel had better insulation on the windows."
