"The staff at this hotel were so kind, helpful, and customer oriented that I have to give them an excellent review. Well, it is not a fancy hotel, the location is wonderful, and there is a restaurant on site with absolutely delicious food. Any issues that I had even contacting my Airline when there was a problem, the staff was ready to help me. I highly recommend this as a central location without an exorbitant cost."

"Staff is very unhelpful. The room smelled like actual poop, we think it was the carpet. The hotel itself is very weirdly designed, with stairs and elevators that go to half floors and parts of the building that don’t seem to connect. Honestly would not recommend this hotel. "

What she should have said was, "Welcome to our hotel. We have a comfortable lounge for your use and we will call you in a few hours when your room becomes available." Some training in customer service is definitely needed."
