The breakfast was tasty. Staff were always friendly. The property is great for walking around and so picturesque. "

"Alles sehr nett und vor allem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird gut Englisch gesprochen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass es ein richtiges Frühstücksbuffet gibt mit Rührei, Wurst und Käse, Kuchen, Müsli etc. und nicht nur, wie sonst in Italien üblich, ein trockenes Hörnchen mit einem Klecks Marmelade. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"

"We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! "

"If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! "Our room was very nice. There is no elevator, so you do have to haul luggage up the stairs (our room was on the 3rd floor). Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Offsite parking is 2 blocks away, but very convenient. There are several dining options close by and everything was very walkable. Highly recommend the hotel."
