The older gentleman was super sweet and helpful and really was the only reason we stayed. They keep the front doors locked at all times and this should have been our first clue. "The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

"The room was nice and faced the beach. Upon arrival we were sent sparkling wine and fruit but some the fruit had gone bad. 😞 We loved the beach area but the water sports should have snorkels and masks to rent. That was dissapointing. The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Thanks"

"The location on the beach was absolutely amazing. The landscaping around the property is well kept and peaceful areas to sit and relax. You can see gorgeous sunsets sitting by the pool area in the evening. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect way to start your day. "
