"Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it."

"This place was absolutely charming with lots of characteristics!! We stayed 2 nights in the room 'Moon River'(queen size bed). The room was very clean, spacious and with lovely big windows. We appreciated the attention in the small details. Breakfast was great and met our needs (cold and hot options). The location was excellent and walking distance (15min) to old town of Sintra (keep in mind you're on a mountain so lots of hills/steep climbs). "Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!"
