"Great hotel. My family stays here every time that we visit Knotts. It’s a short walk to the park. Be aware the hotel will charge you for the first nights stay a few days prior to your arrival and parking is $20 per night if you don’t book direct. Customer service is excellent and the entire building is very clean. Room service is great. "

"The only perk is the shuttle. The bathroom was terribly in need of some renovations. I understand the hotel has high traffic, but my goodness, patch work jobs at those prices, we will not stay here again. "

"Burn holes in the thin worn sheets/bed cover, hard bed, thin towels, smoke smell in a non-smoking room. Soap and amenities, thrown in a pile on the sink. Cold hard floor, no rug or anything to step out of the shower on. Manager rude and short tempered. Not at the window at check in or check out. Horrible place. Do not stay there, ever."
