Got back to be told just need to turn it off and back on which was mouth service. Had to sweat all night. Also, breakfast starts at 7:30 which seems late related to other places."

"The breakfast was bufet, sumptuous and similar to other hotels in that category. What American tourists need t be aware of is that European hotel policies regarding air conditioning are restrictive and you may not have it available many times even ina 4 or 5 star hotel. the front desk staff were superb, friendly, helpful and polite. They were also informative and suggested on short notice a gided tour which was as good as any I have ever had. "

"No AC as promised. Only works in summer months. Our room was 28 degrees. They tried to improve things with a cooler no sun room. But that does not make it right if you paid for AC."
