"The hotel was an excellent choice for my budget. Its location is fantastic, being close to many restaurants and the Jinhae Market. The bar area is just a short 5-8 minute walk away. Iโm giving it 4 stars only because of the limited parking garage and the grassy lot next to the building. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it."

"Great quality hotel beside the Busan International Finance Center (BIFC). Definitely an upper end hotel in this area and 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. We got the triple bed room which has one twin bed in one room and two twin beds in another connecting room. Good view from the 21st floor and room temperature can be adjusted. Bathroom is good sized and clean. Buffet breakfast is well worth it, $25 CAD for adult and $19 CAD for 13 year old. We bought the Visit Busan Pass online and was able to pick it up at this hotel without heading to another destination to pick up the pass, such convenient and time saving for us. Strongly recommend this hotel for first time visitors to Busan."
"This place deserves more than 5 star. Our room has an excellent view of beautiful Busan Port. The hotel is pretty much beside Jegalchi Market. The staffs are friendly, attentive and helpful. The facility is clean and furnishings are top-notch. The room and bathroom look better than in the photos. The personal amenities were more comprehensive and thoughtful than any hotel I've ever seen. I wish we could stay in Busan for longer. There is one slight problem for those who would like to stay for a long time. There is only one washer/dryer set and we need to prebook it for 5 hour time slot. Washing and drying time adds up to 3 to 5 hours depending on the size of the load. One of my stay in Seoul has ceiling clothes rail and the other has drying rack. Some other hotels I went had a retractable drying rope. These may be good options for those who need to do laundry with limited time, or those coming back from the beach. "
"The staff were really kind and helpful and the room was quite spacious and had basic amenities. The hotel is right beside Busan Station so it was easy to take the metro and the KTX to Seoul. "We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!"
