"Nous avons été coincé dans l ascenseur pendant 30 minutes sans actions de l assistance Otis et du personnel qui n entendait nos cries ou nos tambourinages sur les portes alors que nous étions 4 personnes avec une vieille dame de 76 ans. Nous étions coincés entre le 1 et le rdc. Après 30 minutes comme par magie l ascenseur c est débloqué et nous avons dû nous dépêcher pour ne pas rater les restes du petit déjeuner."

"Great location for an overnight stop on a long drive. Large clean room and a comfortable bed. If arriving late (we arrived about 10pm) make sure to message in advance as they will send details on how to get in to the hotel once reception closes. Very easy process!"

"Hotel propre, relativement recent, bien situé à proximité immédiate de la forêt de Saint-Germain-en-laye, et non loin du centre-ville dynamique de cette même ville. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique mais de gros manquement dénotant un certain amateurisme ont émaillé mon séjour et m'ont poussé a écourter mon séjour. le coffre-fort de la chambre était inutilisable et des odeurs nauséabondes de fosses septiques émanaient de la salle de bain après chaque douche. J'ai été dérangée la première...

"If you're a fan of sensory overload, this hotel is off to a great start. The moment you walk into the lobby you're greeted by a scent that can only be described as "Bath & Body Works: Middle Eastern Spice Edition." It's pleasant...for about five minutes. After several hours waiting in the lobby for our room, it felt like the fragrance had signed a lease in my sinuses. Speaking of waiting, we requested an early check-in and emailed the hotel three separate times before our trip. Not one reply....

"Although we found some issues with the cleanliness of the beddings and the overall odour of the room, the staff and attendants of the hotel apartelle were very helpful and responsive in resolving the issues. The property was close to many restaurants and attractions in Parmain."
