"This is an old brick building that is decorated from the turn of the century. Common rooms as you pass from floor to floor and wind through the building. Very cozy and interesting. And you step right out to Main Street and the bay. We would highly reccomend The Palace as a unique and fun experience."

"Photos online are beautiful, concept is cool, but in person details reveal gaps. Beautiful view, but with no screens in the windows or sliding door ALL of the bugs come into the room. Gross. This means no smelling or listening to the bay, which defeats the purpose of securing this king suite. "Charming hotel with good value ."

"The main complaint was the outlets. They would not hold our plugs for charging our devices. I realize Port Townsend is a resort/tourist town but $200/ night for this place seems a bit high for really NO amenities. Enjoyed the town though!"

"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...
