"It would be great to have shared public areas for consumers to use. Since the owners are staying home daily, it’s not very comfortable to use the living room and kitchen. The towels are also quite smelly. It would be wonderful if the heater or air conditioning were working so that there’s fresh air circulating. "

"The property was wonderful. We were so happy to have it in the airport to crash in after a long flight and be spoiled with the great food comfortable beds and cool view of the planes landing and take off from our window. It is sound proof as well!"

"This was a last minute book as I had a 12 hour wait at airport for my connecting flight. Thank goodness they allowed me to book at last minute as I did not want to wait 12 hours at restaurant. The room was clean, however, there is no TV in the bedroom, only in the common area. The area is in the basement of someone’s home, which I did not expect. There are two rooms in the basement with a shared bathroom. Thank goodness I was the only one there. While I definitely appreciate the short notice...

"Please be aware that the restaurant is too expensive! $28 for a small breakfast perperson, however a block away there is a Starbucks that services 2 people (coffees, egg sandwiches for $13). Is there a choice?"

"Nice hotel. BUT! I stayed there to make it on time to the airport using their shuttle. Turns out their shuttle does not leave on time, according to schedule, but they might decide to wait for late guests. And so you sit in the shuttle wondering when it will go to the airport and if you will make it to your plane. We also had people standing in the shuttle which is unsafe, as there us nothing for them to hold on to. One person was even carrying a child…"

"We didnt have time for breakfast as we left before the restaurant opened. We had to uber to the airport as all the shuttles were prebooked before we even checked in. Seems they need a second shuttle!! The uber was less than 15 so, not bad. Hotel is quiet and the beds are great!"

"I booked this stay with breakfast included, but unfortunately we didn’t receive it because the booking confirmation stated that no breakfast was included. The staff mentioned that it wasn’t on their end and that this issue happens sometimes when booking through the platform. On a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also offer free parking for guests, which was very convenient. Overall, the stay was still good despite the mix-up. "

"Free parking is a nice touch. There are also laundry facilities available for guests. This is very nice for people who have travelled for a while. The staff are very helpful"
