"Beautiful, new hotel. Pools are awesome, bed booking system is great. Breakfast is nice, and it's a fun touch that you can have both the buffet AND a-la carte. However, the breakfast service is slow and inaccurate, so take that into account. Housekeeping could be neater - some of our towels were left as we dropped them in the couch. Management is VERY friendly and attentive, and listened to all we said and comped us for breakfast issue - very appreciative for that."

"We’re regulars at this hotel and was greeted by the staff so friendly, we only had a one night stay as we took a morning boat trip locally from protaras pier. I had booked the front sea facing room and added notes for a high level floor. Sadly we were allocated level 2 which was my only criticism- breakfast was lovely as usual - the lovely lady Adel in the Spa is always super friendly & cheery when collecting pool towels. We shall be returning soon I’m sure. The best pool and location hotel...
