"When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms."

"The only reason I picked this was the 8.2 review rating, my mistake. The room wasn’t very clean. If you want to stay with rowdy construction crews, this is your place. The manager Jr. is a good guy and seems to be able to handle the situations that come up. "

"House keeping made our bed, gave clean towels and refreshed the room daily. The breakfast had some variety which helped with options."

"As usual the continental breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly. I've been to this location a couple times now and it's been an overall great experience. The only couple things that I'd note down is the jacuzzi should've been available since it's advertised on the site. Also the toilet in my room seemed to be loose or something. It was moving around. Minus some little issues, this hotel is really good and feels safe and nice. Pool was fun and clean."

"The front desk attendant was, very attentive, had to ask were the elevator was located at check in, I asked for his name and was reluctant to give it to me. The property has to hot tubs, one didn’t work at all, and the other didn’t heat. They proudly listed as the amenities, the shower broke in the room and no maintenance person was on the property, they didn’t offer to move me to another room, I had to ask them and finally they moved me. On my first day Expedia reached out to me about my stay ,...

"You can’t access the Casino from the Hotel you must walk out and around !"

"The room was very clean, Staff was very helpful when we asked about a couple of things. Mattress was comfortable and bedding was clean. Nice shower. A/C was cold. Easy parking. Coffee and breakfast was awesome, Biscuits were fluffy."
