"The Phenix was right in the heart of olde town. A beautiful location with great restaurants steps away."

"Rooms very nice. While the room itself was classic European, the bathroom was very upscale and new. Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Location in old town, on one floor of a residential apartment building, we walked a bit to restaurants. Be aware there are three steps up to the one person elevator and managing luggage is awkward. I am 70 and did fine."
