"It is not a hotel. It is like an apartment. I had to stay there because I could not cancel it 6 days before my arrival. Their policy about cancellation 7 days before the arrival or you get 90 percent charged was unbelieveable. It is 20 mins far from the closest S-Bahn station. It takes about one hour for you to get to the main train station. The breakfast, their coffee, the room where the breakfast was served… nothing was Ok!"

"Room very clean plenty room. Only mirror was in bathroom and quite high (I’m small ) so had to stand on tip toe could do with one in room as well. Food was same menu all day breakfast/brunch which is fine but not to our liking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shame bar shut at 11 for residents too. Plenty restaurants further up road and nice area could get around Berlin easily from hotel. Would stay again"

"Bij het binnenkomen voelde wij ons gelijk welkom. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel,schone ruime kamer en erg goed ontbijt. Ook leuk dat het hotel huisgemaakte producten tijdens het ontbijt aanbied. Wij komen hier zeker weer."

"Lovely hotel in an exceptional location. There are shopping, food, excitement everywhere. There is also a supermarket close by to get your yogurt etc. The U bahn train is opposite. Staffs are friendly. "

"This is not a nice hotel, the people of the reception are really rude. They only have a liquid soap as amenity. They don't change the beds daily and the rooms and bathrooms and not clean. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The rooms are too small."
