"Das Zimmer war extrem schön und sehr sauber. Einige Dinge wie Mülleimer, Taschentücher sowie Kosmetikutensilien haben einfach gefehlt. Die Belegschaft war teilweise sehr bemüht, leider aber nicht diesem Standard angemessen (Begrüßung und Erklärung der Anlage hat gefehlt, nach Allergien wurde nicht gefragt, Koffer beim Transport leider beschädigt). Leider sowohl kein Fitnessstudio oder Sauna auf der Anlage vorhanden. Frühstück und Service war sehr überschaubar. Sogar weniger Auswahl an Verschiedenen Tagen. Pool und -umgebung unfassbar schön! ACHTUNG: extremer Fluglärm. Alle 3-5 Minuten fliegt ein Flugzeug über das Anwesen. An Stille und extreme Ruhe daher nicht zu denken. Schade, wirklich ein wundervoller Ort mit großem Potential!"

"Treurer was a stunning, small boutique hotel set in a picturesque olive grove. The suite was fitted with high-end furnishings and amenities and we felt so comfortable there. There is also a lovely pool and sauna nestled in the woods. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so welcoming! We would come back in a heartbeat!"

"The landscape is beautiful, breakfast really good and staff provided a warm service, they even prepared your room every night perfectly for sleeping. It was a shame that there was a private event happening and therefore I couldn’t take yoga classes in the glass house which was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. "

"The accommodation itself is great, the management however is not, and there is no restaurant like advertised. After booking I received a message through hotels.com message portal with an email I needed to email to let them know what time we were arriving at least 48hrs prior, the booking stated checkin was from noon, so I emailed them saying we would arrive around 2PM, I heard nothing and emailed again asking if they could confirm, I got nothing. I got another message through hotels.com two mornings before checking in saying I needed to email them, I messaged back through hotels.com stating I had emailed them twice and again provided my email, the next morning I got message through hotels.com asking for a mobile number so they could send the entry codes, which I immediately provided. That evening I got a WhatsApp asking me to do an online check in and pay tourist tax, which I did and asked for the entry codes, but heard nothing. On the day we were due to arrive we left our previous hotel and messaged we were on the way and needed the entry codes as they still hadn't been provided. We were told check in wasn't until 4PM, even though the booking said noon and we had emailed telling them 2PM so why had nothing be told to is sooner. They then provided the codes and said we could check in early if the room was ready, if not we could leave bags and come back at 4, luckily the room was ready. Overall lovely but not worth the stress due to poor communication. "

"We had a nice stay at this hotel and really enjoyed the location. It was central to many beautiful spots around Mallorca, including Formentor, Pollensa, Alcudia, and Deià. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were good. Housekeeping was very thorough, and we appreciated their attention to detail. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax, just like many of the other guests were doing. The breakfast selection was very good. However, it was a bit surprising that barista-made coffee wasn’t offered, even though there was a professional machine. Guests were directed to use the self-service instant coffee machine instead, which felt a bit out of place and should be offered. There is a tennis court on site, which is a great feature, although we were surprised there was a €30 fee to rent the equipment. The service on arrival could have been warmer and more engaging, but overall we appreciated the stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you!"
