"Stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved every moment of it. They set up a taxi to take us from the airport to their accommodations. Upon arrival staff was helpful and hanged on to our luggage until our room was ready! We ordered some drinks and chilled by the pool. They helped bring our luggage’s into the room and we felt right at home. The water worked perfectly fine, the AC was brisk cold and the bed was very comfortable. "Our stay at Cinco Hotel was phenomenal from start to finish. We were warmly greeted on arrival and personally escorted to our room, which set the tone for excellent hospitality. The room was comfortable with great AC, a TV for watching the World Cup, and ample storage including a fridge. The in-room safe was small but fine for passports and valuables.
