"Great location, well maintained hotel in Prato"

"Excelente"

"This truly feels like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place where you are genuinely made to feel that you matter, look no further. When visiting Florence, consider staying in Prato it offers a more authentic experience, the hotel is a fraction of the cost, and you have the pleasure of discovering two beautiful cities instead of just one. The warmth, hospitality, and personal attention at Giardino Hotel made my stay truly memorable. I will absolutely return."

"Wonderful place, I'd stay again"

"Convenience"

"Great value"

"On our visit to Wall Art Hotel it was being used by many tour groups for nearby Florence attractions, so the dining room was used by the tour groups only in the evenings, they accommodated us only one evening and turned us away the other. "Mi domando come abbia 4 stelle questo hotel. Per fortuna era solo una notte. La camera era fatiscente, ragnatele e un ragno caduto sul letto, il bagno si commenta dalle foto. "Très belle chambre seule problème pas assez de produits de toilette"

"Apartment was perfect! The place was large, clean, excellent kitchen utensils. We appreciated the quick response from the host, Walter who came over a few minutes after we couldn’t figure out the dishwasher! He was in communication with us and helped us navigate to the our locations and train station. Large spaces and the AC was very nice!"

"These guys were awesome, travelled with two kids (10 and 12).. and a dog. Place was super, staff were great. All I can say is WOW ...You rock! Made our month long trip...end in elegant beuty and fun in the pool! Thanks Tomasso and Francesca !"

"Expediaに24時間の空港送迎サービスがあると書いてあったので、ホテルにお願いしたところ「送迎サービスは今やってない」と。 夜にフィレンツェ着のフライトだったのでタクシーでいきました。 それ以外はとても快適な宿でした。"

"The staff were great. The rooms were great. The breakfast was great. The dinners were great. The dinner staff were great."
