"This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant."

"The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and more than helpful when asked for directions. I forgot a toothbrush and they brought one to the room (free of charge). Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown. "
