"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

The variety was sufficient for a vegetarian diet. Our room on the 7th floor was super quiet and it was easy to replenish supplies. The front desk was efficient in arranging taxi services as needed. My wife and I have traveled to many South American countries and this hotel is as good as any of them. It was a very nice 5 days."
