The room smelled moldy and had mold on the walls and in the shower. Also, the room, as well as the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke as smoking is allowed on the corridor we were on. The laminate floor between our adjoined room was not secured to the ground. It would be nice if there was a microwave in the rooms, or available to warm up food. The fire alarm activated one early morning, with limited guidance. The nearest emergency exit did not have instructions on how to exit the building. There was also mold in the stairwell between floors 3 and 2.
Although the rooms was below average, the service from the staff (majority) was exceptional! We were greeted with a smile. Shaunta and Ezra provided exceptional services. We also enjoyed staff at The Vault! There were many others that provided a warm welcome and comfortable stay for us.
