"Like---- The Staff ,the Bar tenders and good attitude over all. Very helpful staff which go out of their way to accommodate. The property has very good security and Police presence is seen even a late night, Providing a Secure feeling. The activities are good I enjoyed it. Did Not Like---My toilet was Backed up and it took several calls to get someone to come and unclog the toilet. My TV was mostly Frozen and was not usable. The food was fine however the desert was mostly looks good but had no real flavor."

"Room was great, had the essentials. Staff was very friendly and accommodated us well. they cleaned our room every day and gave extra towels upon request. Only issue is that the water would leak out of the shower and seep into the rest of the bathroom. Great service and staff, would definitely recommend!"

"Overall, I had a good experience. This is a great hotel for a short stay when arriving in or leaving Santo Domingo, especially because it’s conveniently located near the airport. The food is very good and reasonably priced, and the breakfast offers several choices. The staff may be limited, but everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. The hotel also has two pools, including a very large main pool. My biggest concern is the size of the rooms and especially the bathrooms. There is very little space around the beds, and it’s easy to bump your legs on the corners. The bathrooms are extremely tight, and the position of the door makes entering, exiting, and even using the toilet uncomfortable. Some A/C units could also use improvement. Another issue is the entrance from Las Américas Highway. The hotel needs a larger, more visible sign before the entrance so drivers have enough time to slow down. It’s very easy to miss the entrance, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for one or two nights, particularly when arriving in the country or before heading to the airport. With a few improvements, it could be even better."
