I had a mixed experience during my stay.
Upon arrival around 12:00 PM, I was informed at reception that my room was not ready and was asked to return at 3:00 PM. When I came back at approximately 3:00 PM, I was again told that the room was still not ready. The staff member who had assisted me earlier left without providing any update or solution. Only later did another staff member assist me, mentioning that he did not understand why I had not already received a key.
Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was not working, which affected the comfort of the stay.
The room itself appears to be recently renovated, and the size is quite good and comfortable. However, there were renovation works taking place during the day, which caused noticeable noise. This was not communicated in advance.
On the positive side, the hotel offers a good breakfast, the room and facilities were clean, and the surrounding area is pleasant and quiet.
Overall: Good facilities, spacious rooms, and nice location, but the check-in experience, lack of communication, and maintenance issues need improvement.
