Good for its price

Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though.

Excellent staff compensated for a tired structure

The hotel is tired and could use a good clean up. The staff we we were all very efficient and good at making the guests “feel at home” The staff make the difference that the Tunga needs to compensate for the tired setup I eat in the neighbouring (Also Tunga, “Paradise”) as their restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. If you room service dine in - the kitchen at Regeale is still very very good

Staff and service are excellent. Could do with a better pre-emption of set meal dinner options that are pre-charged to the room. There's a lack of option which you only get to know of once you have paid for dinner and want to order.

This is one of the nicest hotels on MIDC Road, whenever I am in Mumbai I stay there. very accommodating staff, nice food and service with a smile.

It was a good stay. Spacious room, excellent location due to its proximity to the airport and our places of work. Modern interior and very good breakfast with a decent spread. I am happy that they allowed us an early check-in. Overall a good hotel for the price and will recommend it to other travellers.

The hotel is conveniently located & extremely close to the airport. Spacious room, modern interiors and good breakfast with a decent spread. The only demerit was - there was a slight water clogging in my bathroom on the floor near the WC. It didn't drain on its own and gets collected. Other than that, I will recommend this hotel to others.

A bad experience

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very dirty and has a permanent smell. The bed is as hard and uncomfortable. I complained and got not assistance.

Hochwertiges Hotel m. sehr zuvorkommendem Personal

Das Hotel liegt ca. eine halbe Stunde Fahrtzeit mit dem Taxi entfernt vom Flughafen und bietet allen Luxus, den man nach indischem Standart bemessen hervorragend nennen kann: Recht saubere Zimmer mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage, äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Bereits zum Frühstück werden warme indische Gerichte angeboten, was für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig aber auch besonders war! Das Essen im allgemeinen Restaurantbetrieb ist hervorragend! Das Personal sticht besonders hervor durch eine sehr gewissenhafte und sehr zuvorkommende Freundlichkeit. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Totally avoidable

They strictly follow a rationing policy for giving water, air con is not effective enough, barely keeps the temp at 25, not too many options in breakfast, unfriendly and unhelping staff

Top quality hotel in Mumbai

We were very happy with the level of service and accommodation at this hotel. Feedback on the room: The air conditioning was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The room was very quite which is a real benefit when staying in a big city like Mumbai, Hotel Resturant: the food we had at the resturant was surperb, we ate the Navya resturant nearly every day. Hotel staff: We found the hotel staff very helpful and attentive, they helped us get our SIM card activated which is not an easy process to do India if you are from overseas. We would recommend this hotel for quality of service and value for money.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant neben der Lobby ist das beste Restaurant in Indien und wir waren in sehr vielen Städten und Restaurants in Indien. Nur zu empfehlen!!! Es ist sehr nahe zum Flughafen, daher auch gut geeignet für eine weiterreise Station.

Taxi booked by the hotel was late for one hour!!! Not possible at all whereas it takes 10 min from the aiport to go to the hotel.
