The location is what makes this property popular but I have had much better experience at hotels of this stature in terms of staff and service. The lobby is also always too crowded and chaotic. If you are not particular about staying in bandra I would 100% recommend oberoi over this.

Service and staff were super friendly. My room was not worth what I paid. The sofas and walls had stains. The room smelled like someone smoked in there, so much I woke up w a headache. I was willing to stay an additional night only if they switched me to another room. The lobby said there were no more rooms available while Expedia said there were 5. I decided to not stay any longer and moved to another hotel.

Overall stay was very pleasant! Rooms are clean! Breakfast was delicious and options were plentiful and fresh! Only thing I would say needs improvement is the communication between the staff causing some confusion and delays
