Great stay. Room was large and clean and full amenities. Staff is extremely freindly and helpful. We stayed about a week and it was perfect for our needs. It is a busy area but we had a quiet room in back away from street noise and there is shopping that is conveniently location next door

The rooms, staff and food are superlative. The staff was incredibly courteous and the buffet breakfast and dinner were simply scrumptious. Such hospitality is really hard to come by. Well done team Royal Hometel Suites! Thank you for your service.

Two days in Dahisar for a conference
Nice clean property located on the service road of Western Express highway. Going across the highway was somewhat painful as U-turns were involved. Autos are available with their usual quirks.
Hotel staff helpful.

The rooms are small , and most inportantly for the same price category — the size of the rooms vary a lot. Super Deluxe or Supreme — the shape and size of the rooms could vary by 10 to 15 square feet —for a typical room size of 80 sq feet that variance is quite significant.

I came for a family reunion and had booked the stay for 4 days. The idea was to meet with my brothers spend some quality time with them and order food and drinks in the room. But unfortunately the hotel refused to allow my family to come to the room. But during the stay I found there were local residents would take as many as guest to their room. I felt the hotel did not appreciate foreign visitors. The stay was pathetic. Never again and I do not recommend this hotel to foreign visitors.

We stayed for 6 nights 2 suite rooms and overall experience was good. Here are pros & cons.
Pros
1. The hotel is almost brand new and bed sheets were clean and good quality beds.
2. I highly recommend suite if you need more space. The rooms are spacious and has nice seating area with a comfy sofa & chair
3. Nice bathrooms with modern amenities and good water flow
4. Try getting a higher floor for better views
5. Breakfast is the best part with lot of good Indian and continental options
6. We were in a 6th floor suite room and it was pretty quiet with low traffic and honking noise
7. Air conditioning working very well
8. House keeping staff very polite and hardworking
9. Decent in house restaurant and well equipped gym
10. Walking distance to Mall and medical stores

1. Heavy traffic area
2. Decent laundry services but pricey
3. Decent in-house dinning but pricey

5. Strong toilet smell in one of the bathrooms but was resolved the next day

Good ambience, but for 3 adults only 2 single bed twin sharing that is not appropriate.
Also had to call housekeeping for changing water heater as it was dirty, instead housekeeping told me you must have boiled water without water so it has been dirty from inside.
Check in time 1400 hrs but in spite of online booking Reception made me wait for long time. As it was online booking, ID cards and form should be filled online but it’s wastage of time doing it before Check in.
There is no view from hotel, Glass was blurr, no use by check in at 12 th floor.
Restaurant staff was good they kept on calling for food but I was not able to reach by 2230 hrs.
After 2230 hrs you can get only Biryani, Khichdi and sandwich.

Worst Hotel Experience
Hello,
I will review it in short. After check in baggage took 45 minutes to come to room. We asked for 2 keys for easier access in a double occupancy room, but they said as per policy they could not provide. Called in room dining for glasses and ice bucket but they said it will take 45 minutes and said if you require it early please come to first floor and collect it on your own. We went to the swimming pool not one staff on the entire floor, lights are even shut on the floor and no pool towels too. When we went to the restaurant in the evening for snacks they said they can only provide the menu post 7.30pm. Rooms did not even have water or towels and when called for the it to the room said they did not put because it was over. We had to go ourselves to identify our car in the basement and bring it to podium because they did not have someone who could do the same for us. Overall a worst experience and have never stayed at a hotel, which claims to be with certain star rating. Definitely not staying here again.
