Cheap and cheerful

Best location with lovely staff to assist when ever needed..would recommend to anyone as one of the cheapest places to stay and everything is so close by.

Stay away from this hotel

Really poor customer service, promised room which was a room with a double bed wasn't available, bathroom was really small. Talking about customer service when will people start respecting there guests concerns and women. My friend was with me and since it was late at night I was going to drop her off to her place. But wanted to use the restroom and charge my phone so I can call my Uber back to the hotel. Not only they wouldn't let her into my room, but also were very rude to us. Nowhere it was written that guests are not allowed. This behavior is simply unacceptable. If you are someone traveling and want to experience a good Indian hospitality please stay away from this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, close to the beach, and shopping.

I was thrilled with my stay. Wonderful staff, great food, clean rooms and the hotel. I will stay with them when I return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Close too the beach. But would not swim in it.

The beach was dirty. Garbage every where. The hotel was nice. Right in town so you could shop if you want.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Was not a nice experience at all... the lobby in this hotel looks amazing... all new, but when you go to the rooms is like a horror movie... Smell so bad, walls full on fungus because humidity, furniture so old and super noisy every and each room., BESIDE SMOKING IS ALLOW ON THE ROOMS, THAT MAKE IT WORST. For sure I will not recommend and also will not stay there again in my life.

Terrible experience

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to juhu beach and Grand mama's restaurant. The hotel is poorly maintained and is falling apart. There were cracks everywhere in the room. There were no charging points next to the bed. There were barely two charging points in the entire room. The wifi isn't reliable. The staff - not friendly at all. When asked why the wifi wasn't working, they replied saying that its broken and that they don't know when it can be fixed. Instead of resolving my issue, they started telling about how it's an inconvenience to them when they don't have any wifi. The front staff can definitely use more training on how to communicate with the guests. No iron board too! No switch next to the bed to connect the iron, so basically you cannot use the iron at all!

Worst hotel experience!

You have been warned. Please dont book in this hotel unless you are super duper desperate. The hotel is lucky to have a wonderful restaurant because if there isn't, their rating from me would have been below zero. I am not exaggerating! It is 2017 and their "hotel" is ancient.

Staff not very efficient Breakfast absolutely rubbish for what you are paying l visit Mumbai very often and have stayed at a few other hotels,this is my fourth stay here and it's growing from bad to worst never again will I book this hotel Happened to get the same room during my last visit three months ago the broken wash basin tap and the leakage in the cistern no repairs have been carried out Sorry to say TOO BAD

Worst ever experience

I stayed for one night , the experience is terrible, every thing is room is quit outdated and un maintained, Room lock not working properly, toilet flush, shower, tap etc etc all things in worst ever condition.

Room condition is terrible.

It was really good to be at reception, while the payment was been done in advance. I was been accompanied by the staff who helped me with my luggage to go to the room. Once I entered the room, I could not believe the room condition could be so poor. The reception at the groud floor, the entrance, lobby were all good, however the bed in room, the furnishings was so terrible. I just thought of never book again in Royal Garden. Regards.

Not a good experience.

I stayed in hotel royal garden with family owing to its proximity with juhu beach but was disappointed with the condition of hotel. Rooms were average and refrigerator was stinking. Toilets were average with taps creating problems every now and then. However food was excellent with good service. Overall not worth of spending money.

arriving late, and out the next morning. Not unusual for Mumbai, when you try and arrange a taxi for the domestic airport there is the usual bartering about price. Cost me 360 rupees arriving from international airport (which is a greater distance from hotel than the distance from the hotel to the domestic airport). Hotel wanted to charge 500 rupees to take me to the domestic airport . Pointed out that the distance was less, and they were wanting to charge more, price dropped to 400 rupees. Still overpriced. Alternative is to go out on the street and try to barter! when I asked for a receipt, none was forthcoming.

Inbjudande men ganska nerslitet hotell.

Hotellet såg inbjudande ut på bilden, men visades vara ganska nersliten. Vi bytte rum efter första natten då det var väldigt mycket oväsen för personalen samt en del gäster. Tyvärr gick flygplanen över hotellet var 3:minut, vilket ledde till mindre sömn. Fördelen var att det låg när flygplatsen, samt gångavstånd till havet.
