"The first thing to mention is that when we walked in to check in, the key card machine was broken so we couldn't even check into our own room - we needed the front desk person to open the door for us. However, when we entered the room, it wasn't even fully prepared. All the cabinet doors were open and the floor was noticeably dirty. Also, the property has a no smoking policy, but the hallways and the elevator smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. I wouldn't recommend staying at this...

"Jasmine of the housecleaning staff was very helpful during our 7-day staff. The rest of the staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the elevator did not work properly most of the time and we were on the 3rd floor which meant using the steps many times a day. The hotel needs an upgrade but is in a good location for travel, local restaurants, fast food and gas. The large lobby is nice for hanging out with friends/family and the on-site bar is convienent. Our only problem was we requested extra blankets after returning from dinner with the same woman we checked in with- heavy set older woman.
