"Not only was the room clean there were several extra amenities I’ve never had anywhere else. A welcome bottle of wine, clothing detergent if you wanted wash clothes in your room and place to hang dry, fresh lemons in the common area, wine and bottle openers, etc etc. Couldn’t ask for better hosts and great communication. The location is also perfect. Extremely close to the train station and the beginning of the corso. Highly recommended."

Our host Simonetta got in touch with us before our visit to confirm arrival and was there to greet us at check in. She gave us excellent advice on how to see as much as we could in one day. "5 stars for the instructions, the host sent a video that was very helpful. We arrived at the room just before sunset and the view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful. We could only choose the room at the bottom of the stairs as the others were booked. Upon entering the room there was an immediate mold smell. Very strong. "This place was fantastic. Very close to the train station so didn’t have to haul luggage far. Was also close in proximity to some great private beaches ($40 for two chairs and an umbrella all day). About a 15 min walk to the area where all the shops and restaurants are. Staff helped with storing luggage upon check out for a couple hours and was all around an excellent find and place to stay on our two night stay in Cinque Terre"

"You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned."

"Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!"
