"Check in was easy and the front desk people were very nice. There were issues with the parking kiosk which made it a little confusing on what to do there. They also made it sound like you had to pay only every time you left not by the day. That was a big shock when we left (that’s on me though, I should have read the fine print). Our room had trash left on the ground from previous guest. In the bathroom, two of the lights didn’t work along with the fan. Our reservation was made with four people, we only had two towels and had to ask for more. The pool deck had two bandaids stuck to it that never got cleaned up the three days we were there. Being on the 8th floor I didn’t think we would get very much noise from the traffic but that wasn’t the case. It sounded like we were on ground level with traffic passing right by our window and made it hard to sleep. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The location is walking distance to all the tourist things to from T-Mobile park and all the way to Space Needle. They offer free complementary water bottles throughout your stay. They also offer cups of lemon water and regular water in the lobby. It’s those simple things that make this one of our favorite places we’ve visited so far. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I recommend"
