. I was here on a business trip, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Avoid room 207

Booking thru Expedia gave only parking-lot facing rooms. Nice little area near water with good restaurants and historic lighthouse, however room 207 is located next to housekeeping room and by both elevator and ice machine. Someone elected to fill ice at 5:45am!! Then maids at 7:30am. UG!!

Very nice Hotel

This hotel's location is awesome. Especially restaurant in breakfast had wonderful view. Staying with morning cofffee waching outside view, special experience. Everything is so good.

Awesome waterfront location

I loved this hotel! Such a nice spot right on the water. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I ever travel to this area again I will definitely stay at the Silver Cloud Inn!

Could be better, could be worse...

The lady that checked us in was a nightmare. I understand that it was 11 o'clock but come on put in some effort.... Shortly after check in I realized we did not have a fire place in our room. I thought I had booked a suite with water views and fire place. Apparently they aren't all the room as told by the nightmare at the front desk when I called. Let's just said it was in the tone of how dare I bother her again. With that said the ladies at the front desk during the day are very sweet. As I was sitting in the lobby I overheard other check-ins and coupons to Arnie's and Ivar's were given to everyone. Well being that we had already been to both resaurants it would have been nice to have them. But once again the nightmare at check-in did not bother to do so. Aside from that I just wish house keeping was a little more something..... Can't quite put my finger on it but let's just say this. The same day the housekeeper had wait 20 minites for me to leave my room was also the same day I came back to find my room door unclosed. It wasn't wide open but the door wasn't closed either... And it wasn't just that, it was the little things like not replenishing shampoos. I think it's just too bad because the water view is fantastic. I'm just not sure if that would be enough for us to come back.

Excellent Customer Service

My friend and I stayed here after helping a family member move into their new house. We arrived before check in time and they let us leave our luggage so we had more space for moving. When we were done with our busy day we were welcomed back to a comfortable room. The next day we had a good breakfast that comes with your stay with a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Will come back and stay again.

Hotel on the beach

The hotel was no where near full, being oceanfront I was expecting a view. Instead with Expedia rates you get a room facing the parking lot. A room upgrade for the side of the building is $50 more and oceanfront $150 more. It was very noisy with the train and the ferry nearby. The TV in the next room felt like it was in my room. The staff were excellent and said for the amount of discount 20% that I received I might as well have booked direct. If you have no view you might as well stay at the nearby Hilton which is much quieter.

fantastic stay in Mukilteo

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was gorgeous. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, including a waffle-making station, and was delicious! The ambiance was rich and comfortable, especially the dining area with its overstuffed chairs and view of the Puget Sound. The only downside to this location is waiting to cross ferry traffic to get to it, which can take some time. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Surprise by the water

This turned out to be a nice hotel, well managed and kept, by the water. Unfortunately, when booking was not told rooms either had a view of the water, which would have been nice, or of the parking lot.

Allergic reaction to their overuse of an ozone machine! A cockroach in the room! Oh they took a picture of it! Heater did not work properly ! Loud music from neighboring room til 3 am! 3 calls to the front desk! Uncaring resolutions! Equaling no resolution!

Large rooms, attentive staff, great location on the water next to the Mukilteo ferry. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely hotel, next to the ferry dock.

Lovely place to stay, good seafood restaurants in area. Not in town, may be a bit out of the way, but I was tired and it was cozy!

I had a King suite and it was a very comfortable room I loved the view and only wished I could have stayed longer. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked great. I highly recommend.

Great Girls Weekend on the Puget Sound

The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views, Ivars and Ferry's close by. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful view and comfortable room.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the hotel was terrific, with scuba divers enjoying the sound right in front of the main windows in the lobby. Boats and ferries crossing the water, fisherman at the pier, and all the other things you hope to find with a trip to the beach. Relaxing in your room after a walk to view the lighthouse, what more could you ask for?

Great harbor side hotel

This hotel is in the the perfect location to catch the ferry to Whidbey Island. It is literally on the water and 2 minutes from the ferry waiting area. Even though we didn't get a view side room we could see a bit of the water and had a great time watching the scuba divers get ready to go in the morning. We felt like we were in a luxury hotel. The room was big, had a fireplace and a flat screen TV. Best of all they had a free washer/dryer! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely waterfront location

We chose this hotel because of waterfront location and proximity to Boeing Factory. Exceeded expectations and room was very nice.
