"Friendly staff, clean room, great dining area."

"Comfortable stay"

"Loved the whole experience"

"The bathroom were too small. It was not possible for one to use the sink and another to open the shower at the same time. Staff were friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure comfort. They allowed us to use the front desk charger since ours did not have a universal plug in. Breakfast was excellent."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to navigate Nairobi. Getting Ubers and traveling out for day trips like a safari or the Giraffe Centre was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the property feels more tailored to business travelers than leisure guests, but it served as a great, accessible base."
