"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. "The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"Beautiful hotel right near the port and old town. We had a top floor room with a balcony and a limited view of the sea. The breakfast is on the rooftop and it is very well done with excellent food options. If you sit outside , be careful of the birds because they can be aggressive. We left our table to get orange juice and came back to the table within a minute to find our food was taken by birds. The room itself was on the smaller side but was updated with a gorgeous bathroom. It fit our needs perfectly and we would stay here again."
