"It was okay, there’s a mean and racist staff named Bill at the front desk who gave us a smelly room and made racist comments and said he was joking. Of course we are black and felt uncomfortable."

"Disappointing Six-Night Stay – Roaches and Lack of Management Concern
We chose Homewood Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens for a six-night stay based on its positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing.
We found multiple roaches in our suite, including several in the kitchen. Maintenance came to spray our room twice, and when the problem persisted, an exterminator was brought in to spray as well. While we appreciated the response to address the issue, repeatedly dealing with roaches...

"Excellent place to stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff are fabulous. We received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. We ordered room service a couple times and it was easy and fast via a link that was texted to me.
We liked the Opal collection so much we plan to visit other ones."

"Room was beautiful and large. I couldn’t find anything wrong other than there was no hair dryer or coffee pot in room, it did have a microwave and mini fridge. But as for the room, it was so very surprisingly lovely and clean. I was hesitant due to it being an Inn and about $120. But after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I will return to this hidden gem"

"This was an awful stay. The hotel looks as if it was being repaired but didn’t find out until we arrived at the property. Breakfast is advertised but provided a sack breakfast which was awful. Found puddles of water in the bathroom from leaks when we arrived. We asked to change rooms but were told we could not. If you’re planning to stay within the next couple of months, think again…"
