"Checkin process needs improvement, the mailbox was ‘empty’ when we arrived (20mins after checkin time). Had to wait another 30mins for the cleaner to bring us the keys.
GF rooms have 2 AC’s that are linked to 1 compressor - they cutout in the middle of night causing as an issue as the room was too hot for the baby.
