"I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help"

"I had a wonderful stay at River Side Tbilisi Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the Old Town area. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again! "

"There was no breakfast included. Me and my wife wanted to have breakfast but they charge 100 lari and it’s very expensive. I liked the maid service for cleaning room. Front desk had no change or simply how to work with the debit machine. Overall this is nog my first time in tibilisi but enjoyed the stay."
