"The hotel itself is great but the room service staff was comically bad. Orders would take longer than one hour to arrive, items were ALWAYS missing. One time they called us at 1:30am to confirm our breakfast order (waking us up!) and then still got the order wrong 😂 really odd in a 5 star hotel. "

"Trendy, centrally located, and very clean! Staff was great, except the restaurant staff was quite slow. The walls were thin so I could hear others coming and going from their rooms, noise from outside, and the music from the first floor venue. They did provide earplugs, so clearly they’re aware this is ann issue. Overall excellent, would stay again!"
