"Lovely hotel - we spent 5 nights there as a family of 4 to celebrate my wife’s 50th. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They gave her a personal card and made her a birthday cake and the whole staff inc the management came to our table to wish her well - it was a lovely moment. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff work tirelessly to clean and maintain throughout the day. The work ethic is very clear and you get the feeling that everyone who works there cares about...

"I have not been enjoying everything from the resort, it huge and with a lot of things to do. You can go hiking, there are different pools, and pretty much a private beach just for yourself. "Was upgraded to a lovely room. The room was very clean. I also had a fridge which was much appreciated. The all the staff were helpful and fantastic especially Patricia. "Die Ankunft war weit unter meinen Erwartungen. Ich musste ca. 1 Std. am Flughafen warten, bis ich endlich über einen Umweg ins Hotel gefahren wurde. Der Fahrer war krass. Krasse Aussagen ( ) während der Fahrt... Die Aussenansicht mit den Beschädigugnen an den Balkonen liessen nichts gutes ahnen. Dazu kamm Baulärm direkt an meinem Zimmer. Ich verlangte in Folge eine neues Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels - was ohne Probleme möglich war. Optimierungspotential aus meiner Sicht....

"Such a wonderful, relaxing place! It was far from the noise, hustle and bustle of bigger towns like Lagos and Carvoeiro. This is close to Praia Marinha. Breakfast was good, staff were amazing from the reception and housekeeping/dining. Highly recommended!"

"Incredible resort. Plenty of pool space and deckchairs. We had used the wellness centre for the gym, jacuzzi and indoor pool which were all clean. The staff went above and beyond for us at every point of enquiry- they are truly a credit to Tivoli and our time would not have been half as good without their politeness and helpfulness. Ample food provided at mealtimes with lots of options for vegetarians. We felt so relaxed here. We also enjoyed access to two beaches: one is a 10 minute walk...
