"I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied.
Staff was nice and friendly.
Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working
Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub.
Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

"Ok for one night! The hotel is a little aged . I was staying one night to catch my airplane flight. The floor showed that the hotel needed repairs. Especially the floor. Seems like dry rot and uneven. . Lighting could have be better. They needed a desk lamp and charging station for cell phones. Other than that the shuttle to the airport was a plus and convenient. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and the price was right! Thanks for a nice experience and stay."

"We checked around 1 PM and dropped our bags and immediately went looking for some food which was quite a distance from the hotel.
Nothing close got back to the hotel around three and went back to the rooms and started looking around. the rooms were filthy We were a group of six room rooms and not one was clean. After looking at 5 other rooms I finally ended up getting two stripped and redone from the top down because the five they gave us to look at as alternatives were also very dirty.

"We will definitely stay here again when we make our shopping trips from the southern Kenai Peninsula. The suite had all that was needed to cook your own meals. Also a good size refrigerator and small freezer as well as a dishwasher.
The hot tub was nice and larger than many hotels. The pool was small.
We did have to wear ear plugs because the fan for heater / air was loud. Also rooms didn’t seem to be sound proof. The variety breakfast was very good. There were a couple restaurants in walking...
