Clean rooms are a dime a dozen at a higher price point but the service at this resort truly make a stay at the Zermatt and amazing value."

"European tanning was our main reason for pickimg this hotel. It was a weekday so we were one of a couple people at the Hotel. It's a little weathered and aged but I think it has huge potential after a little TLC. Looking forward to visiting again."
