"I got a good impression when entering the lobby for its aesthetics, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was well balanced and the food was tasty.
My complaints would be with the room, which needed a refresh. The carpet in particular seemed old and the overall furnishings were outdated and worn. Also, the room had a strong odor of air freshener, which perhaps was attempting to cover the smell of cigarette smoke. I actually sat in the room with the door open and the bathroom fan on for over half an hour to try to draw fresh air into the room."
